Our salted caramel galaxy bonbons are our best selling product. They are suitable for every occasion (birthday, anniversary, christmas, valentine`s day). The only allergen these bonbons contain is SOYA, and this makes them suitable for almost everyone. 
We make our bonbons in small batches every week to ensure the freshness of the product. The process start by polishing the mould, hand painting the moulds with coloured cocoa butter, tempering the chocolate by the very traditional method with seeding, making the fillings with fresh ingredients, and finally- packaging and sending them to Royal Mail.
